This Framework will provide Workforce Absence Prevention and Protection services which includes but is not limited to: - Access to a comprehensive health and well-being support service that focuses on absence prevention rather than absence management. The health and well-being support service may evolve over the duration of the contract to meet the ongoing and changing needs of Customers. - Where there is an absence, the Supplier will provide access to staff absence protection policies, that provide flexibility of cover to meet individual Customer requirements.
