Works shall include but shall not necessarily be limited to the following: * Undertake a site visit during the tender period to ascertain the full extent / scope of works. * Modifications / minor extensions to existing lighting controls cabling to provide automatic lighting controls as detailed on the accompanying drawings * Make Safe, Disconnect & Remove from site all Existing Fluorescent Luminaires * New Energy Efficient LED Lighting Provisions to replace the existing fluorescent luminaires * Builders work in connection with * Testing and Inspection * Labelling * Operating and Maintenance Manuals (inclusive of As Built Drawings) CONTRACTOR MUST MEET THE REQUIRED INSTILLATION WINDOW: 01 JULY 2024 - 23 AUG 2024
