The Framework Agreement duration will be for a period of 36 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.at the discretion of Nexus. Nexus is seeking to appoint 3 suppliers to this framework. Nexus intends to use this framework agreement primarily on a direct award basis, with no further call for competition. Nexus intends to rank supplier's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
