## Summary

The Reading Borough Council is planning a procurement process for a Self-Assessment Portal for information, advice, and equipment recommendations for older people and disabled individuals. The procurement is for service providers in the services category, with a total value of £40,000. Interested organisations are invited to express their interest by the deadline of 28th April 2024.

This tender presents an opportunity for businesses involved in providing online self-assessment portals and service providers in the healthcare and equipment provision industries. As the Council aims to support the well-being of residents and promote independent living, businesses offering licensed online services and equipment solutions would be well-suited to compete for this contract. The planned duration is 5 years, with an initial 3-year contract extendable for up to an additional 2 years, providing stability for successful contractors.
