Part of a comprehensive support programme, this will contribute to bringing together local, regional and national capacity to drive improvements on the adult social care frontline.
In addition funding capacity in ADASS to support DHSC directly in furthering the DHSC priorities, providing independent advice to DHSC, ADASS will enhance their capacity and capability to support DHSC in its stewardship of the Adult Social Care system in England and contribute intelligence, advice and co-ordination to the design and delivery of national programmes including work on care markets, the NHS interface, social justice, resources, workforce and digital and the department's wider work around reform of the adult social care sector.
