An Open tender process was undertaken. The Contract term advertised was three years. A total contract term if fully extended of six years The Council has a statutory duty to collect and arrange for the receipt and disposal of Green waste arising within South Gloucestershire, collected by kerbside collection and from HWRCs and Transfer Stations.

Renewal: The contract will initially run for 36 months, with an option for the contract to continue for another 36 months.
