The following is provided in good faith and is intended only as a preliminary background explanation to Translink's requirement, it does not purport to be all inclusive. Translink is seeking to appoint a Large Account Reseller (LAR) supplier to manage microsoft licensing purchases for two agreements: * Server and Cloud Enrolment (SCE); * Enterprise Subscription Agreement.

Options: Options included to extend the contract. Translink may offer 3 additional extension options (at the end of the initial 3-year term), each option will be for a period of 1 year.

### Procurement Information

This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice (VEAT). This notice is to indicate that Translink, due to unforeseeable increases in both license requirements and costs since advertisement of the original tender opportunity, advise that in line with Regulation 88 Section 4 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations, the value of this contract, with CDW Ltd, will increase by 10% (PS350,000). This contract will end in March 2025 and Translink intend to go to market Q2/3 of 2024 with a new procurement opportunity for this service provision.
