The service offers support on a range of different mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns: * Low mood: sadness, low motivation * Mild to moderate anxiety: worries, irrational fears and concerns * Common challenging behaviours * Family and peer relationship difficulties * Difficulty adjusting to change and transition * Difficulty managing emotions The service provides access for low level mental health and emotional wellbeing, encompassing different methods of support (e.g. assemblies, workshops, groups, 1:1). NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS6,575,840. Contract term - 3 May 2024 - 2 May 2027, with an option to extend for two (2) years until 2 May 2029.

Options: Contract contains an option to extend by 2 years.
