### Lot Information

Lot 1 - Barriers, Signage, and Concrete Blocks (retender)

Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability with sufficient capacity and availability to provide barriers, signage and concrete blocks for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority's requirements to host a wide range of events. The Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract.

Options: One option to extend up to 12 months at the discretion of the Authority

Lot 3 - Single Unit Portable Toilets (Retender)

Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity and availability to provide toilets for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority's requirements to host a wide range of events. The Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract.

Options: One option to extend up to 12 months at the discretion of the Authority

Lot 6- Accommodation Units (Retender)

Hull City Council has invited from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability with sufficient capacity and availability to provide accommodation units for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority's requirements to host a wide range of events. The Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract.

Options: One option to extend up to 12 months at the discretion of the Authority

Lot 7- Ironmongery

Hull City Council has invited tenders from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability with sufficient capacity and availability to provide Ironmongery services for events held throughout the city. The aim of this contract is to support the Authority's requirements to host a wide range of events. On occasion the Supplier may be required to complete works outside of the events remit such as works within Parks and Gardens. The Supplier, as well as supplying equipment required as needed by the Authority, shall be required to supply equipment for key events that recur each year and any new events that may be added throughout the term of the contract.

Options: One option to extend up to 12 months at the discretion of the Authority
