## Summary

North Northamptonshire Council has awarded a contract for the management of the Dorking House Supported Accommodation Scheme in Corby. The project, valued at £902,562, falls under the Health and Social Work Services industry category. Encompass has been selected as the service provider to deliver this housing management service aimed at transforming the lives of adults with complex needs, especially those with a history of rough sleeping. The contract is set to last until 31st March 2027, with an option to extend for a further 12 months contingent on future government funding.

This tender provides a significant opportunity for organisations specialising in social care and housing support to enhance their portfolios and extend their services to vulnerable populations. Businesses adept at handling complex support needs, including those for entrenched rough sleepers and individuals with drug dependencies or mental health issues, would find this tender particularly well-suited to their expertise. Moreover, the provision offers a stable funding stream and the potential for a long-term partnership with a regional authority, contributing to greater business growth and community impact.
