Its purpose is to provide additional supported accommodation for homeless individuals. Since the acquisition, the property has remained vacant. Supported accommodation provides a short-term housing solution for individuals who find themselves without permanent shelter. Supported accommodation is viewed as a transitional accommodation that will provide the short-term solutions of shelter for individuals experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. This type of accommodation prioritises basic needs, offering a safe and functional space until a more permanent housing solution can be found. The successful tenderer will demonstrate the capability to form and lead a team composed of skilled professionals representing all necessary disciplines.
