Provision of Broadcom Software over the 3 year period Maintaining an agreed list of Authority TLBs (Top Level Businesses) and associ-ated sub departments/programmes/projects. This list should be accessible to all parties (the Authority's Software Asset Management Team, Commercial Team, and the relevant Broadcom Account Team). EUC software, currently removed from the Broadcom ELA, can be procured adhoc utilising this contract under the provision that there is a SPF (Special Pricing Framework in place). The MI reporting and portal management detailed in the SOR will also apply.
