### Lot Information

Project Management

The Construction Project Manager will work with the Council's Client Lead on Delivery (Director of Major Projects) and the Principal Architect and the already established multi-disciplinary Professional Design Team

Renewal: The contract period for both Lots will be between 1 July 2024 to 30th June 2027 with additional optional extensions of one year of tie only. Optional extension for both Lots will be 1 July 2027 - 30 June 2028.

Quantity Surveying

The Quantity Surveyor will work with the Council, the Project Manager and Principal Architect Professional, Design Team. This project shall be to successfully complete the delivery stage (RIBA 4 to 7) within budget, programme and to the specified quality.
