### Lot Information

Lot 1

These services will include but will not be limited to Planned and reactive (ad hoc) maintenance covering plumbing; electrical; HVAC; fire alarms sensors installation and testing; furniture moving and assembling; general handyman, sub-contractor management and occasional escorting duties (e.g. for chimney sweeping).

Renewal: Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract may be extended for additional 12 months.
