Lot 1

This is an intention to award a contract under The Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for the Provision of Primary Medical Care services to patients registered at the practice located at Withnell Health Centre. The contract shall have an estimated value of PS6,640,604 for its initial term commencing on 01 October 2024 and ending on 30 September 2034. The total estimated value for the maximum term which expires on 30 September 2039 is PS9,960,907. The value of the contract is subject changes in the number of patients registered with the practice over the term. The contract provides continuity of service for patients registered at the practice.

Options: The contract will have an initial term of ten years from the service commencement date and may be extended by a term of an additional five years at the end of the initial term.
