Following a direct award process, in accordance with Direct Award process C under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR), the Council are proposing to award a contract to University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) for a period of 12 months from 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025 for a total cost of PS244,110. The service provides a health outreach model with a multi-disciplinary approach for single homeless people with complex needs, including ex-rough sleepers.
