There are two strands to the programme: Strand 1: Creative Facilitators: Recruit and develop 20 new creative BAME/Under-represented arts facilitators. Strand 2: Out and About - Social, Political and Cultural Awareness. This will engage 120 BAME and wider participants in intergenerational programme to understand NI and post-conflict context today.
