The provider will be expected to host and provide a platform for the council to utilise its ENB's for the purposes of conveying messages and information to our residents. The provider will also be responsible for resolving any network or hardware related issues, ensuring services to residents is maintained throughout the duration of the contract. Further details will be provided in the invitation to tender. Renewal: Contract period The duration will be 24 months from an estimated start date July 2024 with options to extend for (2) periods of up to 12 months each (maximum 24 months). This contract may be renewed after contract period. Contract value The estimated total value of this contract is PS892,000 over the maximum 48 months. This is based on PS223,000 per annum.
