Please ensure you download all documents and complete according to instructions contained It is a condition of the Invitation to Quote that all contractors attend an accompanied site visit which is expected to take approx 2 hours. Any contractor who does not attend one of these site visits will be disqualified from the tender process (see 2.1.5 for further details on how to make your booking). The Pricing Schedule will be issued by returning the signed NDA Document via the Message Facility - do not upload the NDA as your submission. The Contract is anticipated to commence 1 July 2024 and will continue for a period of 5 years, (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract) and may be extended for a period of up to 3 years, subject to the satisfactory performance of the Services by the Contractor and at the Council's entire discretion.
