## Summary

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), a leading UK Housing Association, has completed a procurement process for an Electronic Security Framework. The process involved the selective procurement method via a restricted procedure, ending with the contract award to several suppliers. The framework targets reactive repairs, upgrades, and periodic inspections of electronic security equipment such as CCTV and access control systems. It covers the Greater London area and some neighbouring counties. With a value of £180 million, the contract was signed on 9 January 2025 and allows NHG and other authorised entities to utilise the framework. NHG, headquartered in London, is dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions and fostering thriving communities.

This framework presents attractive growth opportunities for businesses specialising in security system maintenance and upgrades. Large firms like EA-RS Solutions Limited and RGE Services Limited were successful in the award, indicating a preference for established suppliers with the capacity to manage extensive contracts. However, this marketplace is also open to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that bring innovation and competitive pricing. The structure of the framework, allowing for periodic inspections and responsive repairs, invites firms with strong technical capabilities and the ability to manage long-term client relationships within the Greater London and surrounding areas. Engaging in NHG's framework can lead to substantial business growth and a foothold in the public housing security sector.
