## Notice

To design and provide illuminations for town centre schemes in the three major towns of Kirklees - Huddersfield, Dewsbury and Batley. The tender should include - the annual inspection and maintenance of the festive lighting product for the duration of the contract; the maintenance and annual testing of existing infrastructure (eyebolt fixings/anchor points, catenary wires and any other hanging fixings); and attendance at the switch on events in each town for the duration of the contract. Options: The Contract will run for (3) three years with the option to extend for a further (2) two years on a year-by-year basis. If all extension options are taken, the total Contract period will run for (5) five years.

Renewal: There is the option to extend for a further 2 years on a year-by-year basis. If all extension options are granted, the Contract will expire 2nd October 2029.
