## Notice

Provision of reactive maintenance and call outs for the following specialisms: * General Building Works* Plumbing (i.e. from point of use to waste stack - excluding Mechanical, HVAC, and pumped systems) * Glazing (including boarding up service)* Minor Redecorations* Masonry Works* Roofing (including tiles, flat roof, and slates)* General Carpentry and Joinery* Plasterboard, Partitions, and dry lining works* Locksmith Works* Sanitary appliancesThe Contract shall commence on the 1st October 2024 and shall run for an initial period of 6 months until the end of the financial year 2024/2025 (31st March). The Contract anniversary will then thereafter, commence on the 1st April annually and the remaining minimum term of the Contract will be 4 years (54 month term). This Contract is then subject thereafter to annual reviews and extensions up to a total of 24 additional months at the Authority's discretion.
