Lot 1

The works are being procured using a 2 Stage JCT Design & Build Contract with the Architectural, Civils and Structural teams novated to work with the preferred tenderer. The Services engineer will remain under the remit of the Client. The procurement of this contract is subject to National Lottery Heritage Funding (NLHF). Due to the project funding structure, the initial stage involves a prequalification assessment (SQ/PQQ) where a maximum of five suppliers will be identified who will then be invited to respond to the Stage 1 tender process.
