Dundee City Council is seeking a lighting and decoration scheme that is impactful and is a celebration of the festive season. The lighting scheme should include proposals to enhance the living Christmas tree at City Churches as a focal point. Dundee City Council is looking to appoint a contractor to design, supply, install and maintain a new festive lighting scheme for Dundee City Centre. The contractor will also be expected to remove and store the lighting.
