Bulk Refuse Collection

Newydd Housing Association is seeking to commission an experienced & suitable supplier to deliver a general Grounds Maintenance contract and a bulk refuse collection service to meet the aspirations of our Tenants and stakeholders. Newydd Housing Association will hold a virtual market engagement event to understand the level of potential interest that exists in the market, your views about what can be delivered, and timescale for setup. Details of the event will be confirmed in response to expressions of interest on this notice. Deadline for expressions of interest is noon, Monday 10 June 2024. Details of how to join the event will be confirmed in response to expressions of interest. This Teams session will include input from local tenants, the Housing Team and the Social Value Team.
