## Notice

The University of Edinburgh is looking for expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations interested in providing services for leadership and management development. We are looking for provider(s) who can support in designing, delivering and evaluating elements of our leadership development offers for university staff over the next 2 years, in line with our university values and behaviours, and working towards the goals of our People Strategy and Strategy 2030.

Edinburgh Manager Programme

The University of Edinburgh offers an Edinburgh Manager Programme, which provides a framework to develop the skills and behaviours required of managers. It also encourages and enables participants to network with managers across the University. The programme is suited to both professional services and academic staff who are people managers and are looking to develop and enhance their management skills. This programme is conducted twice per annum over a period of six months per cohort and each cohort has up to 60 participants. The programme comprises of various elements that are mostly conducted virtually, with the exception of some sessions that are held in person with the aim of maximising networking and collaboration opportunities.

Options: The contract dates for this tender are 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2026. As detailed in the ITT, the University has the option to extend this contract by three periods of 12 months each, potentially taking the contract through to 31st October 2029.

Renewal: Option to extend for a further three years on a year on year basis.

Edinburgh Leader Programme

The University of Edinburgh offers an Edinburgh Leader Programme, which provides a framework to develop the skills and behaviours required of a strategic leader. It also gives an opportunity for leaders to grow their network with other University of Edinburgh leaders. The programme is suited to both professional services and academic staff who are mid manager to early senior leaders, including those in leadership roles who do not have direct line management responsibility but are required to influence across the University. This programme is conducted twice per annum over a period of six months per cohort and each cohort has up to 60 participants. The programme comprises of various elements that are mostly conducted virtually, with the exception of some sessions that are held in person with the aim of maximising networking and collaboration opportunities.

Options: The contract dates for this tender are 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2026. As detailed in the ITT, the University has the option to extend this contract by three periods of 12 months each, potentially taking the contract through to 31st October 2029.

Aspiring Manager Programme

This programme is conducted twice per annum over a period of four months per cohort. Each cohort has up to 128 participants and the programme comprises of various elements, all of which are conducted virtually.

Options: The contract dates for this tender are 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2026. As detailed in the ITT, the University has the option to extend this contract by three periods of 12 months each, potentially taking the contract through to 31st October 2029.
