FIRST MTR SOUTH WESTERN TRAINS LIMITED (SWR)

Provision of taxi management services (i.e., pre-planned, emergency and ad-hoc), processing of payment to taxi drivers for Services undertaken via various channels and the management of taxi ranks, where applicable.

Renewal: The initial contract term is 2 years with a possible 3 year extension option (2+3). The estimated contract value of PS6,568,000 specified in II.2.6 is for the initial 2 year term. The estimated value of the 3 year extension is PS9,852,000. Therefore, the total estimated contract value for Lot 1 (SWR) is PS16,420,000.

FIRST GREATER WESTERN LIMITED (GWR)
