Lot 1

Re: 11.1.7 above - Re Min/Max Amounts - The estimated total value of the Framework for the initial term is PS7,700,000 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value of the Framework for the four year initial term, plus the two optional 12 month extensions based on current support requirements is PS12,800,000 excluding VAT. Extension and uplift amounts are indicative only and the council does not guarantee these at this stage. Any extensions / uplifts will be confirmed with successful providers.

Renewal: The council proposes to enter into the Framework Agreement for an initial period of FOUR years with the successful Tenderer(s) (Service Provider(s)) from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2028. There are TWO optional extensions available of 12 months each. These optional extensions are at the complete discretion of the council. If these optional extensions are used, the framework will end on 31st July 2030.
