The successful Contractor(s) will have an experienced skill set and a proven track record of providing similar services. All communication relating to this competition must be made via the In-Tend correspondence messaging portal, no other form of communication shall be responded to.

### Lot Information

Lot 1 - NE And Yorks

Working in partnership with Accent and its other agencies to enable delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent are looking for Contractor(s) to deliver high quality comprehensive Grounds Maintenance Services to its communal scheme areas located within the Yorkshire and Humberside areas. The successful Contractor(s) will have an experienced skill set and a proven track record of providing similar services.

Options: Optional: Gritting for some nominated schemes within the tender - this may be included within the contract as an option.

Renewal: To deliver all associated Grounds Maintenance services as noted within the specification for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend once based on a further 3 year extension period (subject to performance). Contract value noted above is circa the total contract value based a total of 6 years.

Lot 2 - NW And Yorks

Working in partnership with Accent and its other agencies to enable delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent are looking for Contractor(s) to deliver high quality comprehensive Grounds Maintenance Services to its communal scheme areas located within the Yorkshire and Humberside areas. The successful Contractor(s) will have an experienced skill set and a proven track record of providing similar services.

Options: Optional: Tenderers are asked to price for gritting nominated communal areas noted within the tender.

Renewal: To deliver all associated Grounds Maintenance services as noted within the specification for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend once based on a further 3 year extension period (subject to performance). Contract value noted is the circa total contract value based on 6 years.
