Furthermore, this activity will assist HCC in specifying their requirements, and gain market intelligence of how suppliers could meet the needs of the Authority. This parking solution is key and a critical income revenue stream for Country Parks generating PS1.6 million per year. Introducing the ANPR system increased the number of people paying for parking significantly. The current contract expires in 2025 therefore, HCC are seeking to understand what other solutions are available in the marketplace.
