## Summary

The Police and Crime Commissioner for West Mercia has awarded contracts for the Commissioning of Victim Support and Early Interventions Services under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Procurement Regulations 2015. This procurement process focused on four separate lots: Victims Hub, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), and Independent Sexual Violence Abuse Advisers (ISVA). The contracts awarded include the Victims Hub to Victim Support, and the combined CSE and CCE services to Catch22 Charity Limited. The total contract values for these lots amount to £8.4 million and £1.2 million per year, respectively. The procurement method used was an open procedure, with the process managed by the Commissioning of Victim Support and Early Intervention Services based in Worcester.

This tender presents significant business growth opportunities for organisations specialising in health and social work services, specifically those focused on victim support and early intervention. Businesses that offer direct support to individuals vulnerable to or affected by sexual and criminal exploitation can gain substantial contracts. Companies experienced in providing these specialised services, especially those with a strong background in delivering high-quality interventions and support within the public sector, would be well-positioned to compete and contribute to enhancing the community's safety and wellbeing in the West Mercia geographical area.
