This award is to cover the supply & delivery of Rebated fuel (marked and dyed in accordance with HMRC regulations) that complies with or betters the requirements set out in EN590, with a FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester) of no higher than 7%, across depots & outstations for Northern Trains located in the North West.
