Dependent on timings for governance approvals, the Authority intends to launch the Competition for HMP Doncaster in January 2025. The Authority is pleased to confirm that it will be facilitating the first site visits to HMP Doncaster for organisations with an interest in this procurement opportunity on Tuesday 9th and Friday 12th July 2024. The purpose of this site visit will be for potential bidders to familiarise themselves with the prison. Dependent on interest the site visit may be split into morning and afternoon sessions. Due to restrictions on group size for site visits, the Authority has limited the number of attendees from each organisation to a maximum of two. We would, therefore, be grateful if you could provide the names of your two attendees and whether there is a session which they cannot attend by no later than 5pm on Friday 28th June 2024. The Authority will then confirm which session you are invited to attend. For the avoidance of doubt, you are only invited to attend one of the sessions and not both. No further market engagement PINs will be published as details of future events will be outlined on Jaggaer and communicated via the messaging function.
