Covering multiple locations across Staffordshire and some areas in Cheshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands, the contract encompasses the servicing, testing, and maintenance of hot and cold domestic water systems. This contract involves the monitoring requirements for Legionella control, prevention of scalding, and compliance with water regulations. This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses in the water services, maintenance, and compliance industries. Companies specialising in domestic water systems, particularly those with capabilities in responsive maintenance and preventive services, would be well-suited to compete for similar tenders in the future. The scope of this framework covers approximately 498 properties, including educational institutions, care homes, civic buildings, offices, and fire stations, which provides substantial business development potential. Compliance with British Standards, health and safety legislation, and specific water regulation requirements are critical, making this an ideal opportunity for firms with relevant technical expertise and certifications. As a single supplier framework, companies with a robust service offering and the ability to handle large-scale, multi-site operations will find this particularly advantageous for business growth and market presence expansion.
