## Summary

Businesses well-suited to compete are those with expertise in cloud-based platforms, digital asset management, and integration with systems like SharePoint, Calm, and repository systems. The University of Birmingham, the buying organisation, seeks a vendor who can deliver system-specific training and support for staff, ensuring successful digital preservation system implementation and management.
