o Car park lining/bays, metal rails, railings, handrails, timber fascia, soffit, gable end boarding, timber cladding, gas/electric meter covers, timber gates, perimeter timber fences, drying area timber fences, bin store doors, estate signage post and rails and any other previously decorated areas.
The contract will be based on the JCT Measured terms (2016 ) with Anchor's standard amendments.
