The core tasks of the Contractor shall be to deliver efficient tenancy, life skills and other appropriate support to enable former rough sleepers to maintain their accommodation and to develop their ability to live more independently in the private rented or social sectors. Contract is for 1+1+1+1 y ears.

Renewal: The initial term of the contract is 12 months. The contract can be renewed for further 3 years (1+1+1) , so the max term is 4 years.
