Extend existing contract for provision of Bikeability training in North Northamptonshire Schools until 31st August 2026.

Options: The Authority may, by giving the Supplier not less than 3 months' written notice prior to expiry of the Initial Term, request the extension of this agreement in respect of the whole (or part) of the Services and on the same terms mutatis mutandis, for a period of up to 12 months from the day following expiry of the Initial Term.

Renewal: The Council proposes to enter into one (1) Contract for an initial period of 7 months with the preferred Potential Supplier, with an option to extend for 12 months, making 19 months in total.
