### Lot Information

Lot 1

Engineering and Technical Services in supporting the procurement of new rolling stock. The services will include but is not limited to: - Support with market engagement exercise. - Assist in the development of the Technical Specification, Scored Technical Questions, Management Plan requirements (deliverability) for the ITN, and associated evaluation strategy and scoring methodology. - Assistance in the evaluation of applicants / bidders technical response to our PQQ and ITN. - Assistance with the management and response to bidder technical queries and clarifications throughout the procurement process. - Advice on key areas of train design. These services are being procured through the CCS Framework RM6187 (MCF3) Management Consultancy Framework - Lot 8 (Infrastructure including Transport).

### Procurement Information

The contract is being awarded through and in compliance with the CCS Framework RM6187 (Lot 8) (the "CCS Framework"). As a result, there is no legal requirement to advertise the contract, as the framework has already been advertised.
