## Summary

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is planning to procure a managed service for abnormal loads. This service involves receiving and evaluating notifications from hauliers moving abnormal loads, managing dispensations, collaborating with authorities on road closures, and providing an audit trail to the force Abnormal Loads lead. The tender falls under the CPV category of Traffic control services and is aimed at service providers who can efficiently manage abnormal loads operations for Surrey Police and Sussex Police areas.
