In order to ensure their homes are safe and a maintained to a high standard, they wish to appoint additional Responsive Repair and Maintenance + VOID contractors split into Lots as follows: Lot 1 County Durham and the Tees Valley; Lot 2 Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire; Lot 3 Leeds and York; Lot 4 Doncaster.
