The provision of the Air Quality Monitoring Automatic Station Maintenance Service will allow the monitoring stations to produce continuous data to a high degree of reliability for each element of air quality during the whole period of the contract. Options: Agreement Term of up to Four (4) years with a separate options to extend, as follows; Initial term: 03 January 2025 to 02 January 2026; Option to Extend Contract Year 2: from 03 January 2026 to 02 January 2027; Option to Extend Contract Year 3: from 03 January 2027 to 02 January 2028; and Option to Extend Contract Year 4: from 03 January 2028 to 02 January 2029 Renewal: The Council may extend the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a period or periods of up to a maximum of three (3) separate consecutive one (1) year period(s) following the expiry of the Initial Term, subject to satisfactory reviews.
