The system will be used by educators throughout our schools. The system will also be used outside of school by parents/carers of learners and the learners themselves. A system that can be accessed through apps and/or through an internet browser is essential. It will be an on-going requirement with an anticipated contract lifetime period of 5 years, that is an initial 4 years, with a +1 year extension option. The system/tool solution would be used in nurseries and primary/special schools to document and support assessment of children's learning and development. It serves as a means of communication and collaboration between parents, educators, and the child, providing a comprehensive record of the child's progress and achievements.
