## Notice

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide CCTV maintenance and administration services of Council's CCTV system. The CCTV control room at West Northants monitors over 460 CCTV cameras across West and North Northants providing services to safeguard visitors as well as providing essential evidential data to the Police for the detection and prosecution of crime. The maintenance contract is essential in ensuring all equipment relating to the CCTV operation remains in optimal condition whilst also providing expert advice into the development and future proofing of the service in relation to developing technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Cloud based services. The tender is split into two Lots, each representing different service levels: * Lot 1: All-Inclusive (Platinum level maintenance contract) * Lot 2: Non-Inclusive (Gold level maintenance contract)

All-Inclusive (Platinum level maintenance contract)

Lot 1 - Platinum level maintenance and service contract -Planned annual maintenance review and all call outs, repairs, equipment hire should be included in the contract price. Price excludes the purchasing of new cameras and/or equipment requsted by the Council.

Options: Optional 12 month extension

Non-Inclusive (Gold level maintenance contract)

Gold Level maintenance and service contract - Planned annual maintenance review should be included in the price. Price excludes any othe reactive in and out of hours call outs and the purchasing of new cameras and/or equipment requsted by the Council, these costs will be met by the Council
