The approximate maximum value of this lot is envisaged to be circa 7000000 over the 3.5 year term. It is anticipated that the maximum term will be 3.5 years with an initial term of 1.5 years, with the option for a further two 1 year extensions. Additional information: The 3.5 year term is the maximum possible term. Renewal: The initial term is 1.5 years, with the option to extend for up to two years in one year durations. The value under II.2.6 is for the maximum term.
