This is a project partnership between St Edmundsbury Cathedral, West Suffolk Council and English Heritage (see separate Consultancy Brief), the Council is the lead authority for the purposes of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) and the ensuing Contract will be with St Edmundsbury Cathedral.
