Once a decision has been taken to prosecute, the case papers are passed over to the DVSA Prosecution and Legal Services team ("PLS"), based in Bristol. PLS is responsible for progressing cases through the courts; dealing with all matters including the laying of information, adjournments, conclusion of the case and reporting back to the DVSA Network customer.
