The Big Fresh Catering Company (The Company) wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of Fresh and processed Fruit and Vegetables ("the Goods"). Any future agreement will be in the form of a framework and will operate for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for up to an additional one (1) year. The Goods include, dry, tinned and packaged Fresh & Prepared Fruit and Vegetables. The Company is also interested in the supply of Goods suitable for specific dietary requirements, such as low fat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free, as well as organic and free-range produce.
