The contract term will be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The contract will start on 01/07/2025 and end 30/06/2028, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 30/06/30. Over the 5 years, if contract is extended to its full duration, the total indicative maximum contract value will be PS30,295,215. The payment mechanism for this service will be a block contract with an indicative activity plan. If the activity within a financial year increases or decreases by 5% this will trigger an activity discussion in line with the terms and conditions of the NHS contract. No other payment mechanism will be employed. The deadline date for submission of bids is 24.01.2025 12:00pm. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Authority wishes to receive responses to the ITT from suitably qualified and experienced Potential Providers with the necessary capacity and capability (or a demonstrable ability to provide the necessary capacity and capability within the requisite timescale, as detailed in the ITT) to provide the Services as set out elsewhere in the ITT, in a safe and effective manner. Subject to any conditions specified in the Contract or any tender documents issued in connection with the Procurement. The Procurement process will be facilitated entirely online via Atamis (Health Family) Supplier Portal. Interested Applicants wishing to participate in the procurement must register, express an interest and complete the online questionnaires hosted on the portal prior to the deadline for submission. All clarification requests and correspondence pertaining to this ITT opportunity must be directed through the portal. A timetable for the procurement, guidance regarding the process is also available from the portal. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice inviting offers under the Competitive Process (The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 11).
