Please note that Newport City Council intends to use the Dynamic Purchasing System from its inception. Other named parties do not offer a commitment to use the DPS Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that participating authorities may enter into purchases with seller or sellers(s) participating in the DPS and that this is at the sole discretion of the Authorities and subject to satisfaction of all terms and conditions of the Agreement. ### Lot Information Wood Recycling Newport City Council is inviting tenders initially on behalf of Newport City Council from suitably licensed and experienced contractors to join a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of a range of waste recycling services as detailed in the tender documents; these being for Wood recycling, Carpet recycling, Mixed municipal (Trade Waste), Mixed Municipal (Civic Amenity) Waste, Inert Waste Streams and Other Waste Streams. Please note that Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) and Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) may join the DPS as a collaborative mechanism to secure the services in the future however nothing in notice constitutes a commitment by TCBC or MCC to enter into any purchases under the DPS Agreement.
